Second Anual General Meeting 2009

@-the-back CLUB

The @-the-back-CLUB organised its second meeting on the 11th March 2009 at 12.45pm. The reason for this meeting was to look for The Perfect Place to have the annual @-the-back-CLUB dinner (or lunch..or brunch..or whatever). Among the places suggested were Pizza Hut, Hartz Chicken, Starbucks, Secret Recipie, Sushi King, Curry House, Hilton and a few others which I forgot.

Hilton was crossed out almost immediately because of its beautiful price not to mention overly posh place. Curry House was also discouraged because Maxine would probably cry her eyeballs out, and I mean cry her eyeballs out. Sushi King got a 'no-vote' as their service is so bad, one could actually build a freaking mall just waiting for them to get your order on the table. In my opinion, pizza-ing could do a LOT to your weight.

The members also had a small caking session thanks to the 'mak cik kantin' who graciously provided moist chocolate cake for a small fee of 40 cents each.

The meeting was adjourned at 1.15pm although no decisions were made. It was considered the first fruitless and futile meeting. The club would like to thank all members present during the meeting and wish all members good luck in their upcoming debate session about fish.
